* Any software (Satmap cards etc) or DVD/CD products can only be returned unopened, once opened we cannot accept these items back unless faulty where we will exchange for the same item once tested.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on CHECKOUT and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order including a payment made using our encrypted Secure SSL Server and the Protx Secure Payments gateway.Please also note that orders cannot be collected from any of our stores without prior arrangement. Pre Order Items
Items that are pre-order are clearly marked on each product page and again in your shopping basket. You will be charged upon payment completion and your items will be delivered approximately by the date shown on the item page. We will contact you via email once your item is available and is being despatched.

We promise you cannot buy any of our products cheaper on any other UK website. This applies either before, or up to 3 days after your purchase from us.

Cancelling an order
Once an order has been placed online or by telephone it may be cancelled as long as it is still in the status of PENDING. Once your order status becomes PROCESSING, then cancellations may be subject to an administration charge and/or postage charges. Cancellations will only be accepted by TELEPHONE due to possible delays or non-receipt of emails. Orders cannot be cancelled once your status becomes DESPATCHED (see Shipping and Returns).
Environmental Impact Reduced
To reduce our carbon footprint and to help towards protecting the environment, we no longer supply any paperwork with your delivery. You can log into your account at any time to view all your orders and you may print the screen details for your own records if you wish. Business customers may request a VAT invoice by telephoning us to request one, this can be sent via email or fax.
We are also working hard to recycle as much packaging as possible.
